I’m Divyansh Soni, a 25-year-old product engineer based in Udaipur, India.

For the past few years, I’ve watched pre-seed founders waste months of time and tens of thousands of dollars on dev agencies that trap them in endless mockup revisions, slow communication loops, and bloated codebases they don't even own.

I built this 14-day sprint model to be the exact opposite of that.

I don't sell hours, and I don't build slides. I build live, scalable products. When we work together, you aren't handed off to a junior developer or a project manager. You work directly with me, one-on-one, in Slack every single day.

My Philosophy:

• Speed over perfection: We ship early and iterate with real users instead of debating button colors for three weeks. You will have a live, clickable link within the first 48 hours.
• You own everything: Your GitHub, your database, your Vercel hosting, and your Stripe account. I build it directly on your infrastructure so there is zero vendor lock-in.
• No black boxes: I push code and updates daily. You will always know exactly where the build stands.
